Developer working on 75K SF mixed-use project in Stop Six

$70M Project Coming to Ft. Worth’s Stop Six

Located at the intersection of East Berry Street and Stalcup Street, the project, Stalcup Urban Village, will total nearly 74,000 square feet at completion. Nestled within the Stop Six community, The Dallas Business Journal reports the project is part of a citywide effort to revitalize older commercial corridors. A public-private partnership between multiple firms and the city plans to bring a roughly $70 million mixed-use project to east Fort Worth in a neighborhood that has suffered decades of disinvestment. Dallas-based developer, Lewisville-based Legacy Construction and the City of Fort Worth are behind the project.

Stalcup Urban Village would feature 38 multifamily units. Of these, the majority will range between about 500 and 1,000 square feet. However, some units used for live/work purposes will range from about 1,400 square feet to 3,600 square feet.

The development will also include about 14,000 square feet of retail development.
