$70M Industrial Development Underway in N. Las Vegas

Matter Real Estate Group broke ground on Matter Logistics Center @ West Cheyenne in North Las Vegas. The $70-million advanced, modern master-planned light industrial and warehouse project spans more than 41 acres and is slated for a February 2020 completion.

Matter Real Estate’s Jim Stuart says, “Located in the thriving North Las Vegas submarket, this light distribution project will specifically address the lack of small and mid-bay product in this well-established area.”

The location on Cheyenne Avenue adjacent to North Las Vegas Airport delivers proximity to both I-15, US 95, as well as the Las Vegas Strip. It is expected to service both distribution and regional operations, and importantly, the tourist and convention corridors.

The five buildings total 725,000 square feet and will offer warehouse, distribution, office and showroom space. Units will feature dock and at-grade loading with clear heights reaching 36 feet, and will be available for sale, lease or build-to-suit.
