700 Acres Come to Market within Harris Branch Development

CBRE’s Carter Breed is representing the Galesi Group in marketing approximately 700 acres of land within the Harris Branch development in Northeast Austin. These 700 acres are made up of multiple land tracts of varying sizes and land use opportunities.

Harris Branch is a master-planned development located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 290 and the SH-130 toll-road. The available tracts offer an array of opportunities for commercial developments, including retail, office, industrial and multifamily, along with potential for single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.

“Harris Branch is located in the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas of the Austin market, making it one of the premier destinations for future development,” said Breed, first VP at CBRE.

Galesi Group’s Ryan Buicko said the company “acquired over 1,500 acres in Harris Branch in 1996 and looks forward to continuing to develop and market the remaining 700 acres with CBRE.”
