$70M Senior Living Residence Coming to Maryland 

In partnership with the Bourne Financial Group, Orlando-based Park Avenue Lifestyle is set to open a 160-unit senior housing residence at James Run, a mixed-use development in Harford County, Maryland.

The $70 million project includes memory care, an on-site fitness center, multi-use event spaces, outdoor courtyards, and dining options. James Run is expected to accommodate around 1,500 residents by 2025. The development by JEN Partners has already sold approximately 190 single-family and townhomes and leased over 25,000 square feet of retail space. 

Baltimore-based Craftsmen Companies is the development manager for James Run and MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services serves as the project’s exclusive leasing broker.
