7.5K SF Net-Leased Dollar General Property Sells in 1031 Deal

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 7,489-square-foot Dollar General located in Kansas, Illinois. The asset located at 504 Water Street sold for $1,075,000.

Dustin Javitch, Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer was secured and represented by Maria DeAngelis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office. Steven Weinstock, senior vice president and Illinois Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction. Dustin Javitch, the lead agent on the deal, said, “We were successful in facilitating a fast and smooth closing with an all-cash 1031 exchange buyer.”
