7-11 Brings NYC Concept to Financial District
Thor Equities has leased a portion of 88 Greenwich St. in the Financial District to 7-11. The 2,800-square-foot convenience store will join a tenant roster of retailers at the base of the circa-1929 property, which Thor converted into residential condominiums in 2007.
“We are pleased to welcome 7-11 to 88 Greenwich and thrilled they chose our location to unveil their new NYC concept,” said Thor chairman and CEO Joseph Sitt. “With a growing residential and office population, complemented by the Financial District’s status as a tourist destination, we predict this outpost to be among the most successful in Manhattan.”
No brokers were involved in the 10-year, 7-11 lease. Additional tenants at the base of Thor’s Greenwich Club Residences include Sauce & Barrel, Dunkin Donuts, Boundless Plains Espresso, My Belly’s Playlist, Petropolis and FiDi Cleaners.
