The Life Properties is carrying out $6.1 million in modernization efforts at The Life at Harrison Trails is 75% complete. Final project completion at the 378-unit multifamily community is projected for Q4 of 2024.

Property upgrades currently underway include select interior renovations to 302 of the community’s residences and upgrades to the office clubhouse and fitness center. Several sustainable upgrades have been completed across the property, including the implementation of low-flow plumbing retrofits, as well as the installation of LED lighting across the entirety of the property’s exterior façade. The Life Properties is the property management and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings.
