680 Washington Blvd in Stamford Lands TOBY Award 

CBRE’s Class A property at 680 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, CT, part of the Stamford Towers complex, was awarded the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) honor by the Southern CT Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The TOBY awards recognize excellence in leasing, management, and operations within the commercial real estate industry. 

In addition to the TOBY award, CBRE’s Lisa Iannelli-Winkler was named Property Manager of the Year, and Burt Hicks received the Building Engineer of the Year award. The property, owned by CBRE Investment Management, offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, conference center, concierge service, and outdoor seating area.
