66K-SF MD Industrial Property Sold for $13M

Colliers has facilitated a $13 million sale of a 66,590-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Hanover, Maryland. Led by Thomas Gentner, Brian Watts, Brian Siegel, and Jason Sullivan, the Colliers team brokered the deal for Rialto Capital-managed vehicles.

Originally built in 1972 and converted into a data center, the property was reverted to its original configuration in response to evolving technology trends. Situated on over eight acres at 7150 Standard Drive near BWI Airport, the facility offers 6,050 square feet of office space, a fenced area, 20-foot clear ceiling heights, six dock high doors, four drive-in doors, and 2,800 amps of electrical service.

“The demolition, transformation, and marketing of this property wouldn’t be possible without Rialto, and together, we successfully repositioned this property in the marketplace with limited downtime,” said Gentner.
