66-Story Tower Proposed Near DTLA’s L.A. Live

Regalian, LLC submitted plans for Figueroa Centre, a 66-story, one-million-square-foot mixed-use project in DTLA. The proposed 975-foot tower on a T shaped parcel at James M. Wood Boulevard and Figueroa Street would be the third tallest in Los Angeles.

The development plan includes 200 condominiums, a 220-room hotel and roughly 44,080 square feet of retail space and 50,000 square feet of restaurant space, including 10 street-fronting restaurants. The project would incorporate 617 parking spaces in three subterranean and eight above-grade levels.

The contemporary architectural styled project would feature an enclosed glass atrium leading to upper retail levels, meeting rooms and ballrooms. The hotel would occupy floors 13 through 28, with residences on level 29 through 66. A podium amenity deck is slated for the 10th floor, with resident and hotel guest uses such as a pool, lounge and gardens.

Figueroa Centre is anticipated to commence construction in 2020 and be completed in 2023.
