650 Acres of Dallas Logistics Hub Up for Sale

The Allen Group has placed a total of 650 acres of its Dallas Logistics Hub in South Dallas up for sale, hiring JLL’s Terry Darrow, SIOR and Randy Touchstone to market the property. The offering consists of 21 separate land parcels near the intersection of Interstates 20 and 45, with parcels ranging from 5.7 acres to 115 acres. All are immediately ready for development.

The reason for the marketing effort is due to a large amount of industrial activity in the region, and a short supply of land. Noted Touchstone: “Dallas-Fort Worth is home to the most active industrial market in the U.S.”

The Dallas Logistics Hub is a 2,000-acre, master-planned community with access to four major highways, dual rail, intermodal facilities and a future air-cargo transport.
