$64M Construction Loan for 200 Kent Ave.
A developer borrowed $64 million to build 200 Kent Avenue, a 117,326-square-foot, mixed-use development located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn.
“It’s gratifying to deliver what the borrower needs to move this project forward quickly,” said Josh Zegen, co-founder and managing principal with Madison Realty Capital (MRC).
The project will include 50,101 square feet of retail space anchored by a popular grocery-store chain, 22,055 square feet of office and restaurant space, and 45,170 square feet of parking. The six-story building will rise on a vacant 22,585-square-foot site.
