Fancy amenities helped fill 63,969 square feet of office space with new tenants at Park Avenue at Morris County.

“Park Avenue has the amenities and services that will allow them to recruit and retain top talent in their respective industries,” said Shannon W. Hill, senior vice president at KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, owner of the property.

Park Avenue features six buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet at 600 Campus Dr. in Florham Park, NJ. The amenities start with a private luxury shuttle service to a nearby train station. Workers can also order food for delivery through the property website and mobile app. A redesigned atrium lobby serves as the social hub for the campus. There’s also a state-of-the-art conference center, two-miles of nature trails, dry-cleaning, outdoor volleyball and basketball and a fitness center with yoga instructors, massage therapists and physical therapists.
