The 611-unit More Space Storage Center, just east of downtown Odessa, TX, sold to an undisclosed limited liability company. The seller was listed as MCR Real Estate LLC, located in Denver, CO.

Brandon Karr with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in marketing the asset, and secured the buyer.

The property is situated on approximately 4.9 acres at 6501 Interstate 20 Business East/west State Highway 80 East, and was 53% occupied at the time of closing. In 2016, the center was named “Facility of the Year” by the Texas Self-Storage Association due to the institutional quality of construction, and amenities.
