60K-SF Georgetown Entertainment Space to Open in November
Cooley Capital says it will open its doors to The Junction in November. The 60,000-square-foot facility will offer event, entertainment and dining space, including three pickleball courts, private cabanas, multiple full-service bars, a live music stage, a grand dining hall with individual food vendors and covered decks and patios.
Community Impact reports Georgetown-based Sweet Lemon Kitchen and Dough-Go Pizza , as well as King’s Chicken Wings and Taconmaye, will all open in The Junction’s dining space. Additional food vendors include JABS Smashburger and Shawarma Point. Bars include The Mockingbird, a craft cocktail bar and The Nest, a speakeasy.
The project also includes an additional 30,000 square feet of flexible office space across three buildings.
Cooley Capital has completed over 300 projects valued at nearly $2 billion. The company’s focus is on commercial, residential real estate development, construction, and capital markets, primarily concentrated in Texas (such as Georgetown and the Austin area).
