605 Third Adds Global X to Tenant Roster

Global X Management Company signed a 15-year lease for 14,498 square feet at Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third Ave. The investment management company is relocating its headquarters from 600 Lexington Ave.

“We are pleased to welcome Global X, which will benefit from Fisher Brothers’ high level of service and our ability to create an office environment that met the firm’s standard and in the necessary timeframe,” said Fisher Brothers partner Ken Fisher.

“Our renovation program continues to be the driving force behind attracting cutting-edge companies that seek an office tower with innovative design and a progressive approach that is unmatched in the Midtown market.”
