60 Guilders Sells Package of Office Condos

60 Guilders managing partners Kevin Chisholm and Bastien Broda, along with Trystan Polsinelli, recently sold a package of office condominiums totaling 56,000 square feet at 20 W. 33rd St. The sale represents the eighth condo sale at the 196,000-square-foot Midtown South property, leaving the triplex penthouse and one half-floor unit remaining.

This package was highly sought after due to its large floorplates and accessible location, said Polsinelli. “Given the current pandemic and its impact to market pricing, my goal was to identify users who would appreciate the unique attributes of the space, the building, and have a long-term vision of the New York City real estate market,” he said.

The out-of-state purchaser was represented by Squarefoot’s Jeffrey Rosenblatt. “This transaction is a win-win for ownership and the purchaser, whom we are confident will look smart in a few years for their market timing,” said Broda.
