$4.5M for Westchester Sq. Apartments and Commercial

SKYC Management paid $4.55 million for a five-story building with 23 apartments at 1618 Benson St. in the Westchester Square neighborhood of the Bronx. There’s also three commercial units. That works out to a price of less than $200,000 per unit.

“This was an exceptional opportunity for the buyer to acquire a mixed-use building in an ascendent central Bronx neighborhood,” said Guthrie Garvin of Cushman & Wakefield, who with Karl Brumback represented the seller.

The building also features billboard space and cellular antennas, which are operated by Sprint Corp.
