
$5M for Greenpoint Industrial Parcel
An undisclosed buyer paid $5 million for the three contiguous industrial properties at 237, 245 and 247 Kent St. in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood.
The buyer owns a significant amount of local real estate, and plans to use the property as warehouse/office facility.
“With so much local industrial product being converted to office and residential facilities, the seller was very happy that we were able to find a buyer who would keep the property’s industrial use,” said Sasha Berg, associate for GFI Realty Services, which represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
