Healthcare Companies Rent 5K SF at Office Tower

Two healthcare companies recently leased 5,485 square feet of space at 119 W. 57th St., an office building in Midtown Manhattan. The 16-story, 112,000-square-foot building has a broad base of tenants, including many medical offices.

“These commitments are a testament to the property’s superior location and strong amenities package,” said Roy Lapidus of GFP, who represented building owner, Musart Associates, in the transactions.

The leases include:
– Cynergy Physical Therapy for 4,800 square feet
– Midtown Nutrition Care for 685 square feet

Both tenants received their spaces in white box condition. The companies then built out the space to meet their needs.
