57K-SF Randalls Headed to Georgetown

Randalls is coming to the unbuilt Oaks Meadow Market Place in Georgetown, TX. Construction on the 57,655-square-foot grocery store is set for January 2017, with completion anticipated by fall 2017. The store will offer a Starbucks, along with a pharmacy drive-through, gas station and convenience store.

Developer Cypress Equities acquired 11.2 acres at Williams Drive and Jim Hogg Road, on which it will develop Oaks Meadow. The center will total 77,050 square feet, and Cypress Equities is in negotiations with other retailer and restaurant tenants. SRS Real Estate Partners’ Austin office is handling leasing activities.
