Golub & Company opened BRYKS Upper Westside, a multifamily community at 2200 Marietta Blvd NW. BRYKS is set up on a 5.8-acre site that includes two apartment buildings with 576 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, along with 12,000 square feet of retail space. Adair & Co. will operate a full-service nail salon within part of that retail area. A shared courtyard links the buildings, activating the ground level with retail and walkable pathways.
