575 Madison Avenue Adds Four Leases Totaling 25K-SF 

575 Madison Avenue, an office property in Midtown, has added four new office leases totaling 25,000 square feet. The property is owned by Steinberg & Pokoik and has recently undergone renovations.  

The completed deals include a lease for the entire 21st floor to Corbin Capital Management, which was represented by the CBRE team of Ben Friedland, Taylor Scheinman and Gary Davies; A 6,547-square-foot lease to Standard Property Company, the firm was represented by Randy Abend and Carlee Palmer of JLL; A 4,032-square-foot lease to The Garnett Group and a 2,952-square-foot lease to DGL1, a real estate family office. Both are represented by Brian Goldman and Doug Levine of Newmark Knight Frank;  

The CBRE team of David Hollander, Gregg Rothkin, Brad Auerbach, Justin Greenstone and William Hooks are leading the leasing and marketing efforts for the property and represented the building ownership in the lease negotiations.
