$55M Senior Facility Underway Near St. Louis

Ryan Companies US, Inc., Life Care Services and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital broke ground on Clarendale of St. Peters, a $55-million senior living community 30 miles northwest of St. Louis. It is the partnership’s first in the region.

The project will include 112 independent living suites and villas, 64 assisted living suites, 38 memory care suites along with amenities that meet the social and physical needs of the residents. Clarendale of St. Peters will provide continuum of care services to the growing population of St. Peters and St. Charles County.

The community will be available for residents in early 2020, and a second $100-million community is planned in Clayton. Clarendale of St. Peters is located at Mexico Road and Dubray Drive, just south of Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters. This represents the eighth new Clarendale community from the partnership of Ryan Companies, Life Care Services and Harrison Street.
