CushWake Bolsters Midtown Team with Directors in Brokerage

Natasha Persad and Justin Scott Long have joined Cushman & Wakefield as directors in brokerage, based in Midtown. They will use their knowledge in internal operations and business development across diverse industries to capitalize on Cushman & Wakefield’s core service lines and industry and specialty advisory groups.

Persad has held executive positions at Goldman Sachs, The Deal, Li & Fung, Marriott, British Airways and Photronics. Long is a former Fortune 500 executive who has worked at leading global corporations, including The William Morris Agency, United Talent Agency, Warner Bros. Television and NYC Health + Hospitals.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
