54,000 Square Foot Retail Center Sells in Moore, Oklahoma
SRS Real Estate Partners Investment Properties Group’s Chris Tramontano represented the seller of a 54,00-square-foot retail property in Moore, OK, Oklahoma-based BlueCiel Oklahoma, LLC. The parcel is situated on 5.52 acres and is 93% occupied. The sales price was $10 million.
Built in 2018, the site has ULTA Beauty and Burlington as its anchor tenants, both on long-term leases. The property is adjacent to another center that includes Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods. A Costco is under construction behind the recently sold asset.
The buyer was Agree Realty, a publicly traded REIT. Over its 23-year history, Agree has developed over 40 community shopping centers primarily throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern United States.
