532K-SF Liberty Park Changes Hands for $100M

MRP Realty acquired the eight-building, 532,041-square-foot Liberty Park campus in Herndon, VA for $100 million from Liberty Property Trust. The campus’ buildings are on Dulles Technology Drive and Sunrise Valley Drive in the Dulles technology corridor. Erik Bekrman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the Malvern, PA-headquartered seller in the transaction.

Washington DC-based MRP will launch a value-add repositioning and leasing program for the portfolio. “The Liberty Park portfolio is an opportunity for MRP to reposition these buildings to reflect the shifting dynamics of today’s workforce,” said Cris White of MRP Realty. “In addition, the location of the Silver Line and forthcoming Metro stations will give yet another option for commuters to these properties in the near future.”
