$52M Spec Development Underway in Oceanside

Laguna Beach, CA-based McDonald Property Group broke ground on a $52-million speculative industrial development within the 25-acre Pacific Coast Business Park in Oceanside, CA. The 402,000-square-foot four building Pacific Coast Collection project is being built in partnership with an affiliate of Denver-based Industrial Property Trust.

The initial phase includes a 125,000-square-foot building at 1319 Rocky Point Dr., which is expected to deliver in Q1 2018. The second phase of three buildings is anticipated to commence construction in six months, and deliver in Q3 2018.

CBRE’s Greg Lewis and Adam Molnar are handling the leasing of Pacific Coast Collection

Industrial Property Trust previously had acquired the Oceanside development site and three existing buildings for $25.7 million from an affiliate of New York-based Blackstone Group.
