$51M-Assessed World Trade Center in Norfolk Swaps Ownership
Colliers has arranged the sale of World Trade Center, a nine-story, 370,000-square-foot Class A office building in Norfolk, VA. The price was not disclosed; published reports place the property’s assessed value on July 1 at approximately $51.3 million.
An undisclosed private investor purchased the downtown Norfolk project from an affiliate of Harbor Group International, LLC. HGI had acquired the property in 2008 for a recorded price of $54 million.
The property is 89% leased.
World Trade Center has 100% unobstructed waterfront views of the Elizabeth River and Town Point Park. Its on-site amenities include the private Town Point Club, three-level atrium lobby, health and fitness facility, building conference room, executive in-building parking, short-term visitor parking and exterior terraces.
Scott Adams, Michael Ettel, and Perry Frazer of Colliers Virginia led the sale marketing.
