H-E-B headed to Manor

50th Austin-Area H-E-B Planned for Manor

H-E-B plans to build a 100,000-square-foot store at Manor Crossing, located at the northwest corner of U.S. 290 and Farm-to-Market Road 973.

Construction on the new store, estimated to cost $26 million, is expected to begin in November and be completed by Oct. 1, 2025.

The Austin Business Journal reports H-E-B bought 20 acres within the 63-acre Manor Crossing development earlier this year. A long list of retail stores and restaurants will open in the development, including The Home Depot, Chipotle, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, T.J. Maxx, Burlington, Planet Fitness, Five Below, Pet Supplies Plus, Rack Room Shoes, The UPS Store, Sports Clips, Mattress Firm and James Avery. The development will also bring 600 multifamily units.

Manor is a town of 20,000 people 15 miles NE of downtown Austin. It was recently listed in the US News & World Report as one of the USA’s top 20 small suburbs.
