$500M Circa Prepares to Open in DTLA
Circa, the $500-million luxury mixed-use project featuring twin towers that rise 35 stories above LA Live and Staples Center in DTLA, is set to open this week. Moving trucks will soon replace construction equipment as tenants start taking occupancy of their new homes overlooking the city’s most dynamic entertainment hub.
Tenant move-ins are expected to begin by the end of the month at one of Downtown’s biggest housing developments. Located at 1200 S. Figueroa St., the towers include 648 apartments, and a two-acre amenities deck with two pools and dog parks. The 2.7-acre development also features 48,000 square feet of retail space, and an 18,000-square-foot LED display facing Figueroa Street.
The development team includes Hankey Investment Company, Jamison Services, Falcon California Investments and Highlands Capital Inc.
