35-unit Miami apartments to make way for 50-Story project

50-Story Apartment Venture Planned for Miami Arts District

Optimum Property Management hopes to get permits to build a 50-story residential tower at 1315 N.E. Miami Court in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. To complete the project, Optimum would first have to knock down a 35-unit apartment complex. The developer purchased the property for $8.5 million in 2021.

Under the proposal, the building would total 378 residential units, 1,150 square feet of commercial space and 321 parking spaces. That would include 48 units of workforce housing.

The S. Florida Business Journal reports the apartments, starting on the 11th floor, would range from 595 to 1,125 square feet. There will be 38 studio apartments, 184 one-bedroom units, and 156 two-bedroom units. The building would have pools and indoor amenity spaces on both the 11th and top floors. Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners designed the project.
