5-Year Hold Ends on Two Industrial Buildings

Five years after acquiring two industrial buildings totaling 42,000 square feet, Heritage Partners Phoenix LLC sold them for $4.8 million. Tashi G. Zouras, Trustee, acquired the properties at 3249 and 3259 Harbor Dr. in Phoenix. Ron Schooler with Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International represented the seller, while Daum was on hand for the buyer.

Schooler indicated he helped the California-based seller acquire the asset as a 1031 exchange in 2012, and helped lease up the property with tenants including Bestway Inc. and Thyssenkrup. Both of these companies are strong, stable tenants, which bring value to these properties for any investor,” Schooler said.
