5 Penn Plaza Continues Leasing Momentum with Two New Deals

JLL arranged an additional 19,000 square feet of office leases at 5 Penn Plaza as the repositioned Midtown Manhattan office building maintains its leasing momentum. This comes on the heels of 70,000 square feet of new leases that were announced in January.

In the largest transaction, NY E-Health Collaborative leased 15,000 square feet, represented by Joe Speck and Reid Longley from Colliers. Tech company Dynatrace also signed a new lease to occupy 4,000 square feet, represented by Reeves McCall and Taylor Walker from CBRE.

“5 Penn has been powerfully repositioned to meet modern office demand and we are thrilled to welcome two more new tenants to the property,” said JLL’s Mitch Konsker, who leads the exclusive agency team that includes Christine Colley, Kristen Morgan, Greg Wang, Kate Roush and Dan Turkewitz. The property is located at 461-479 Eighth Ave. between West 33rd and West 34th streets.
