
$4M Land Buy Kicks off $40M Retail Center in Beaufort, SC
The Morgan Companies has acquired 31 acres of land for $4 million to build a 200,000-square-foot shopping center with outparcels in Beaufort, SC. “Beaufort Station” has an expected development cost of $40 and will be located at the southwest corner of Robert Smalls Parkway and Parris Island Gateway.
Zach Means of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., represented The Morgan Companies in the transaction and Mark Hall,of Judge Realty, represented the sellers.
Four anchor tenants have already signed leases: Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty and Old Navy.
Site work is expected to begin this quarter, and the shopping center is expected to be open to the public in the fall of 2023.
