49-Acre Halliburton Oak Park Campus Heading to Auction

Williams & Williams will auction off the 48.9-acre Halliburton Oak Park Campus in Houston’s Westchase submarket. The auction is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m., CDT, at the location, 10300 Bellaire Blvd. In addition to the acreage, the property consists of 605,261 square feet of office space, meeting rooms and common areas, such as a cafeteria and conference center. Additional buildings on the campus were previously used for day care, and as a wellness center. An additional 3.3-acre development parcel will be sold separately at the auction, which is taking place in conjunction with JLL.

Halliburton laid off thousands of employees during the oil slump, leaving the west Houston campus vacant. At one point, a Chinese development firm was in negotiations to buy the campus for a redevelopment, but the deal fell through.
