Virgin Hotel to Open at Centennial Yards

Virgin Hotels plans to open a hotel at Centennial Yards, the $5 billion, 50-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Downtown Atlanta.

Scheduled for a 2027 debut, the hotel will serve as a cornerstone in Centennial Yards’ Entertainment District.

The Entertainment District will span approximately 470,000 square feet within the Centennial Yards development. The district, adjacent to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, will have dining, retail, and hospitality offerings. Live Nation and Cosm are announced tenants.

​​The 261-room hotel will offer a ground-floor lobby bar, a restaurant and pool bard, and a rooftop bar and lounge.

Centennial Yards Company was created by CIM Group to act as the owner and master developer of Centennial Yards. The Drew Company is also involved in the hotel venture.
