Crown Executive Center Under Contract

Local businessman and developer Robert White is ending his 30-year hold on the Crown Executive Center, a 47,000-square-foot office property in the Pleasant Grove area of Texarkana, TX. The local buyer of the property at 6500 Summerhill Rd. is unknown, with closing scheduled to take place in late March 2019. Included is extra acreage which could support development of an additional 42,000 square feet.

White acquired the asset in 1989, when it was operating as the Texarkana Racquet Club. However, as the racquet club continued losing money and White’s business interests continued expanding, he opted to reposition the property as the Crown Executive Center. The building is currently 93% occupied, with the tenant mix including financial service companies and law firms.
