Xfinity Creative, Comcast’s in-house creative agency, will occupy the entire 14,116-square-foot 11th floor in a five-year lease. The agency is relocating from 105 Wooster St. in SoHo. The tenant was represented by Gabe Marans, Jay Joyce and Greg Bante of Savills. RXR was represented by Bruce Mosler, Ethan Silverstein, Anthony LoPresti, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro of Cushman & Wakefield and in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger.

For BeaconHead Partners, a strategic advisory and executive search firm, 75 Rockefeller Plaza represents the first office in New York City. The company will occupy part of the 20th floor for a three-year lease of 3,190 square feet. BeaconHead was represented by TJ Hochanadel of JLL.
