BET planning 463-unit Goodyear rental community

463-Unit Rental Community Planned for Goodyear

BET Investment needs one more approval from the Town of Goodyear before it can get moving on a 463-unit rental community that will include stand-alone homes, townhouses and multifamily (photo). Willow at El Cidro Ranch is being proposed at the southwest corner of Lower Buckeye Road and 169th Avenue, adjacent to the future State Route 303 extension on South Cotton Lane. It could start construction as soon as 2025.

Plans for the community include a pool and park area, a clubhouse and other amenities spread out on 42 acres.

BET Investments expects to work with Phoenix-based civil engineering firm HilgartWilson LLC on the project.

BET Investments develops eight other properties in Arizona. In April, it sold a 641,906-square-foot building to EQT Exeter for $60.1 million in one of the Valley’s largest deals of 2024.
