46-Acre Park Lane MXU Launched in Reno

FINAL Early Bird Alert: Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

Construction commenced on Park Lane in Reno, NV, a new large-scale development envisioned to meet population and job growth demand spurred by a host of tech company relocations to the market. The 46-acre master-planned, mixed-use community is planned for 1,600 residential units, 45,000 square feet of office space, 85,800 square feet of retail space and a one-acre park.

The five-story wrap buildings and on-grade urban-garden apartment project is being developed by Reno Land Inc., and was designed by MVE + Partners. The design vision is a blend of rustic and modern to honor the outdoorsy nature of Reno and the history of the silver mines, and railroad. However, it also matches the style preferences of today’s tech workers.

MVE’s Tim Beuchat says, “We wanted to bring the surrounding community into Park Lane by providing a central village green, activating it with retail uses and really creating a place for the public to come and enjoy.”
