$45M F11 MF Project Breaks Ground in East Village I.D.E.A. District
San Diego-based The Richman Group of California Development Company broke ground on F11, a $45-million, seven-story, mixed-use multifamily project in downtown San Diego’s East Village. The 99-unit development is slated to open in early 2018, and includes nearly 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
The DesignARC, Inc. designed modified H-shaped structure includes 11 one bedrooms, 51 two bedrooms and 37 studios, and parking for 103 vehicles in a multi-level partially subterranean parking garage. Recreational amenities include a large indoor/outdoor activity center with a luxurious pool/spa area, an entertainment center, outdoor kitchen, fitness center and indoor bocce ball court.
The Richman Group of California, which is partnering with the long-time property owner Shearn H. Platt, is a subsidiary of Greenwich, CT-based The Richman Group Development Corp.
