45-Bay Commercial Condo Project Slated for New Braunfels

GBMC Communities is planning a 45-bay flex-space commercial condominium project near downtown New Braunfels. The project will include 12 buildings totaling 65,000 square feet. Bays will range from 1,000 to 7,500 square feet. Called Latitude, it is planned on a 6.46-acre site at 710 N. Walnut Ave.

The San Antonio Business Journal reports the development is aimed at contractors, e-commerce operators, artists and other small businesses looking for a permanent business home.

The development is designed for small businesses that want to build equity through ownership while maintaining the functionality of light-industrial space.

Construction is targeted to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with deliveries expected in the first quarter of 2028.

The project marks the latest development by New Braunfels-based GBMC Communities, which has developed residential condominium communities in New Braunfels including Dovetail, The Mercer, Agave Lofts and Yaupon.
