44K-SF Kessler Building To Become Co-Work Space
Level Office, headquartered in Chicago, acquired the seven-story Kessler Building at 1301 Oak St. in Kansas City, MO. Both the seller and sales price were undisclosed. The new owner will renovate the 72,688-square-foot building in the CBD, and use it for private offices and co-working space. The building will be renovated into private office and communal lounge areas.
Level Office was launched in 2007 as a creator of budget-friendly office space for small businesses. Today, the company has locations in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, FL, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Seattle and Alexandria, VA, in addition to space in Chicago.
The company joins other workspace providers in the area, including Plexpod Westport Commons, Think Big Coworking, Village Square, the Grid in Overland Park and WeWork.
