Newmark Tapped to Lease Oxford Industrial Project

Newmark was appointed leasing agent for 75 Depot Rd., a 450,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Oxford, MA. Executive managing directors Tyler McGrail, Ed Jarosz and Rick Schuhwerk, along with associate director Michael Malinconico, will lead spearhead leasing efforts on behalf of ownership.

75 Depot Rd. is situated on a 130-acre parcel with immediate access to Greater Boston’s key logistics corridors. It can accommodate a single tenant or be subdivided into floorplates starting at 150,000 square feet. The project is fully entitled, with an expected construction timeline of approximately 12 months.

“This is one of the most compelling development opportunities in the region—pairing world-class infrastructure with a location that’s already proven for large-format logistics,” said McGrail. “Proximity to Amazon and McKesson’s recently secured facilities in Uxbridge underscores the draw of this area, and we’re honored to work alongside Oxford Land Ventures and Charles River Realty to identify users who match the quality and scale of the offering.”
