Hilton and Wine Country Hospitality Partners are teaming up to build the Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country and Waldorf Astoria Residences Texas Hill Country. Expected to open in 2027, the sprawling property, managed by Hilton, will encompass 60 dedicated hotel guest rooms and suites, 37 branded multi-bedroom resort villas eligible to participate in a hotel rental program, 74 additional keys, and 50 branded private residences. The resort will also include five food and beverage concepts, an 11,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, two resort-style pools and more.

The venture is located less than one mile from downtown Fredericksburg.

Once open, the hotel will participate in Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 24 world-class brands. Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country will join the brand’s portfolio of more than 30 properties globally, with more than 30 in the pipeline. Throughout Texas, Hilton has nearly 600 properties open and welcoming travelers and nearly 240 hotels in various stages of development.
