Miracle Mile Re-Enters Third-Party Management Business

Los Angeles-based Miracle Mile Co., a leading real estate investment and management firm, is re-entering third-party property management and asset management services, targeting Southern California, the New York Tri-State area and Mountain West markets. Following a hiatus from third-party management in 2016 to concentrate on asset managing its own properties, the firm will now bring its expertise to a select group of clients.

“Southern California, the New York Tri-State, and Mountain West markets each offer unique opportunities for investors, but they demand precision and a tailored approach,” said managing partner Charlie Krause. “After honing our skills managing our own assets in these markets, we’re thrilled to re-enter the third-party space. We’ll be selective in our partnerships, working only with clients who share our vision for maximizing property value and operational excellence.”

Miracle Mile’s expanded services will include property management, asset management, repositioning and market strategies, and consulting and advisory services.
