430-Megawatt Lease at Loudoun Data Center Campus

TA Realty LLC finalized a 430-megawatt lease with a global cloud services provider for its Loudoun County data center campus in Virginia.

Covering five buildings across 1.9 million square feet, the site stands atop fiber routes and near power infrastructure in Leesburg, VA, within the Loudoun County data center hub. Construction for the campus starts this year, expecting completion by 2027. This move also heralds TA Realty’s dedicated digital infrastructure unit, set for an official launch in early 2024.

“Loudoun County is excited to welcome TA Realty and to support the development of one of the largest new data center campuses approved and planned for our county,” said Buddy Rizer, executive director of Loudoun Economic Development.
