$427-Per-SF for Retail Strip in Great Neck Plaza

Nassimi Realty LLC paid $4.8 million for 25 Cuttermill Rd., a prime retail strip in Great Neck Plaza, NY.  The 11,250 square feet of retail is split into 10 spaces, seven of which are currently occupied.  The price works out to $427-per-square-foot.

“Situated in the center of a desirable Long Island village, the property is an ideal retail destination,” said Benjamin Efraimov of Cushman & Wakefield, who with Kevin Schmitz represented the seller, 25 Cuttermill Road Realty Corp, in the transaction.

The property is conveniently located a short walk away from the Great Neck, Long Island Railroad Station.
