421K-SF Bardin Place Sells to Vista Property
Vista Property Co. acquired Bardin Place, a 420,550-square-foot retail center in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Arlington, TX. Brixmor Property Group sold the asset at South Cooper Street and Bardin Road for an undisclosed amount.
“The buyer was attracted to the grocery anchor, the underlying real estate and the strong anchor sales within Bardin Place,” said Chris Gerard with CBRE. “Vista Property Company has been strategically acquiring well-located shopping centers, and this asset gives Vista’s organization a large, well-performing center in the middle of one of the largest MSAs in the country.”
Gerard teamed with CBRE colleagues Chris Cozby and Blaine Dozier to represent the seller.
Bardin Place is 99.8% occupied. The tenant roster includes WinCo, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Hemispheres and Dollar Tree.
